Two suspects face arraignment next month in Ozark County Circuit Court after being bound over on numerous charges, including forgery.
Thirty-two year old Brandon Jones and 31-year old Catriona Jones, both of Theodosia, waived preliminary hearings this week. Both are charged with four counts of forgery as well as stealing and unlawful use and possession of meth and marijuana.
Ozark County authorities reported in January that numerous counterfeiting materials and a working meth lab were discovered during a month-long investigation. The prosecuting attorney in Ozark County later told HometownDailyNews.com that the investigation reaches into Arkansas, and that Greene County has an interest in the case as well.
Brandon and Catriona Jones are scheduled for circuit court arraignment May 9th.
