An 18-year old from Kissee Mills is scheduled for arraignment next week in Taney County circuit court.
Ronnie McCray was bound over this week after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing. McCray is charged with eight counts of tampering with a motor vehicle as well as second degree burglary, in connection with alleged vehicle thefts from mid-December through early February in the Kissee Mills and Forsyth areas. Two 16-year-olds were turned over to juvenile authorities in connection with the case. All of the cars were unlocked with the keys inside.
McCray is in the Taney County Jail on bonds totaling more than 100-thousand dollars. Arraignment is set for May 3.
