Two people from Berryville, Arkansas were seriously injured Sunday in a single-vehicle wreck in Stone County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 22-year old Cendra Cook and his passenger, 26-year old Brandon Patty, were hurt when Cook’s car ran off Highway 39 just south of Iola around 4:15 Sunday afternoon.  According to the report, Cook over-corrected and the car overturned. 

Both were taken by ambulance to a Springfield hospital for treatment of their injuries.
