Two Hurt in 3-Car Crash Involving Deputy

Two people were hurt, but not seriously in a 3-car accident involving a Taney County deputy.  Sheriff Jimmie Russell says the crash occurred on Highway 160 in Merriam Woods just after 4 o’clock Monday afternoon…

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the driver of the truck, 16-year old Cory Varnell of Kissee Mills, sustained moderate injuries.  The other driver, 51-year old Pamela Jackson-Carter of Forsyth, had minor injuries.  Both were treated at Skaggs in Branson.  Forty-one year old deputy Danny Stottle of Forsyth was not hurt.
