A man from Forsyth faces circuit court arraignment later this month on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Nineteen year old Alex English waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over this week.  English was charged after Taney County deputies served a search warrant in February at a home on Oremus Road.  Authorities seized a pound and a half of suspected marijuana, plastic baggies and scales, drug paraphernalia and 800-dollars in cash.

Circuit court arraignment for English is scheduled May 17.
