A woman accused of stealing from the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Branson Hills Parkway is due back in court later this month after appearing Monday to post a 10-thousand dollar bond.

Forty-eight year old Kathleen Alexander of Rockaway Beach is charged with felony stealing.  Alexander allegedly took an estimated 15-thousand dollars while employed at the store.  According to a probable cause statement, at least twice a week since November of last year, Alexander dropped cash into a trash can near the register, then returned later to remove the money. 

Alexander’s next court date is May 14.
