A preliminary hearing is set for Friday as additional charges are filed against three people accused of murder in Stone County.
Online court records indicate 42-year old Cheryl Crawford, 40-year old Teri Dean-Morrison and 42-year old Eugene Crider each face three counts of tampering with evidence, armed criminal action and hindering prosecution. Crawford is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Crider and Dean-Morrison face an additional charge of abandoning a corpse, while Crider allegedly tampered with a witness.
All three are charged with the murder of Carl Anderson of Highlandville. Anderson’s remains were found in March on property off OO-Highway in Stone County.
