UPDATE: Moon River Theatre Disputes Report on Health of Andy Williams
 Andy Williams (File Photo) By: Monte Schisler, News Director The Moon River Theatre in Branson is disputing a report in a London newspaper that says entertainer Andy Williams is about to die, after doctors told him there is nothing more they could do. The 84 year old singer announced last fall he had bladder cancer and was taking a break from the stage, vowing to return this fall following treatment. A theatre spokesman told Springfield television KY3 that the tabloid reports are outdated, and Andy has been home quite a while and is doing well. The spokesman wouldn’t comment on Williams’ current condition, emphasizing to the television station he is not the family’s spokesman. Williams is scheduled to return to the theatre in September, celebrating his 75th anniversary in show business. The theatre has not returned a call for comment to HometownDailyNews.com.

Branson is blessed to have Andy Williams call "us" his home. Let's pray for his healing, his faith, his family and all be there to show our love for him while he sings in his 75th Anniversary show. I have faith in your recovery Andy.
