Schmidt says Dunagan is charged with tampering with a utility meter, stealing and endangering the welfare of a child.  Efforts continue to locate at least one other person of interest who may have information regarding the fire.  Authorities are still awaiting a report from the state fire marshal’s office regarding the cause.

Schmidt says 33-year old Amanda Dunagan lived in the apartment in which the fire started.  Dunagan is charged with tampering with a utility meter, stealing and endangering the welfare of a child.   

As to the cause of the fire, Schmidt says authorities are still awaiting a report from the state fire marshal.
