Two men charged in Stone County with possession of meth have new court dates.
Fifty-four year old Gary Martin of Shell Knob is also charged with manufacturing meth. Martin has another hearing July 24th, and remains in the Stone County Jail on 75-thousand dollars bond.
Forty-four year old Richard Ford of Blue Eye is scheduled for arraignment in circuit court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing this week. Ford is jailed on 25-thousand dollars bond.
A deputy checking on the well being of a woman in Blue Eye arrested Ford July 4th after finding seven small baggies of suspected meth. Similar baggies were found by deputies at Martin’s home on Joyland Road in Shell Knob. Also located were Coleman fuel, muriatic acid, drain cleaner and bottles containing a white crystal powder.
