A man from Shell Knob is accused of shooting at his ex-wife at a restaurant in Green Forest Arkansas.

Police say 26 year old Trevor Elder allegedly fired a gun three times.  The woman wasn’t hurt.  Witnesses saw Elder speed away.  He was arrested a short time later.

Investigators say they found the gun, that was allegedly used, along a nearby road.

Elder is jailed, charged with attempted capital murder, first degree aggravated assault, and committing a terroristic act.
