Branson Parks and Rec & DBBA to Show Movie “Hocus Pocus”

BRANSON, Mo. – The Branson Parks and Recreation Department and the Downtown Branson Betterment Association are teaming up on Friday, October 6th, to host its inaugural “First Friday in the Plaza.”

This free event is being held in the new Liberty Plaza in Historic Downtown Branson and will feature a performance by the Anthem Glory Band and a showing of Halloween favorite “Hocus Pocus” at dusk.

Attendees are also invited to come in costume, as prizes will be awarded for the best and funniest costume categories. Kettle corn, soda and candy will all be available for purchase and participating downtown businesses will be open late to hand out candy to the kids.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on. Activities will all begin at 5 p.m. Additional information can be found here.
