Christie has not been given civil rights in that she should be given the right to face her accuser and to cross examine her accuser. If Christie were to face the children in a court room, am betting everything they have supposedly stated to the officers would be denied by the girls. Police and guardian adlitems as well as cps fraud statements from the child. Put the children in front of the judge and their Mother and watch these jihad officials when they are busted in their fraud.

Christie would never hurt these children and in fact,I am very saddened that while in CPS custody they were allowed to wear make up and dress in such dark/tight fitting clothing. They lived so whimsically in Christie's care. Also they were given loads of sugar and subjected to unhealthy foods. I know Christie had worked tirelessly to provide her daughters with homeschooling and organic foods followed by a lifestyle appropriate for their age. There are so many beautiful photos of the girls enjoying nature and being kids. It's a shame that CPS has traumatized this family. This is an atrocity.

An anonymous phone call from the violent druggie Bayer family, along with "anonymous" calls from out of state? In case you don't know it, those elements are LAW in this country! Darin Carter and Emily Nichols surpassed that law, took it in to their own hands based on a call from a drug dealing wife beating neighbor who my children were not allowed to hang out with. As a responsible parent, that is not only my RIGHT to protect them from slime like that, but my DUTY. After they did this to my family, they decided to get an arrest warrant the following day, April 13, 2010, then make a false report which was later redacted in front of Judge Justus on June 4, 2010. So why isn't anyone reporting on THOSE FACTS? Why is the court, the judge and the prosecutor suppressing that evidence? What about the evidence being the intake report where they said my children were NOT abused? How come these mysteriously have been hidden from the public? Now I ask, in a country where we are "innocent until proven guilty," how many parents think this is okay? How many people really think due process was served? If they really had a case, why would they be delaying for a year and a half? Why would they be ignoring my motions? Why would they be suppressing evidence that PROVES the story they told you is full of LIES? There are thousands of children stolen from their families here in Taney County but mine is all over the news with being the big bad wolf. I think that's a little fishy in itself. Why try so hard to demonize little old me? Certainly there are parents who abuse their children, but sorry, putting your children on restriction for not doing their school work and sneaking out with little boys is NOT abuse, it's called parenting. Apparently Jeff Merrell doesn't think we have a right to parent our children and in fact if I was such a danger, why would they wait a year before this alleged abuse happened before they came out to my house? How come they don't even have a specific date as to when this happened? I mean let's get real?!?!? Did I rob the bank in June of 2009 or in April of 2010? Sorry, but they can't say "sometime between these dates (which have changed several times according to their paperwork). Too bad Monte is too busy to actually look in to it himself. The paper work is there for those who read english and posted online for anyone to see. What is Merrell afraid of? Why won't he show these documents to you and why won't he give them to the public defender that judge Mark Orr FORCED me to take after 11 months of ignoring me? I was perfectly content to proceed and more than willing, but they want me to be silent with someone else that works for them to speak for me because they have to cover their asses now. Now if Monte was a real reporter, he would be looking at these, not asking me questions like, "Why do you think you are innocent?" LMAO Innocent of what? Guilty of what? What did I do and when? And if it was so cut and dry as Monte would like to believe, why do they keep changing their story and why would they be trying to charge me with sex offender laws? Do you really think you are keeping the streets safe by trying to shut me up in this manner??? Come on Monte...do you work for the people reporting the REAL news or do you get paid to cover it up? I certainly hope that people really look in to this BEFORE this happens to them. Of course you would have to actually do something, expose something to make it to their hitlist, so obviously Monte is working with them, for them, as opposed to being a true journalist that actually has the balls to look in to the truth behind the deception. Now I want to know who is going to make those that supposedly enforce the law follow their own laws??? Why is it that this can happen in the first place? That's right, I forgot, in good old amerikkka, the poor pay the court pretenders to put on their dresses while the rich get away with rape, murder, theft, etc. Funny how it's only poor people in the court room in my 25 times there the past year and a half. I am looking forward to the many millions I will be collecting from these monsters for what they did to my family. Maybe then I will have a chance to buy my children back from the system........maybe then I can afford a real defense...? I met Christie in 2008 and her girls. Christie is a dedicated MOM to her girls.I never heard her yell at them girls.They were always clean.Christie always made sure them girls had food to eat. Isnt that what a MOM is supposed to do? How come crack addicts get to keep their kids?Or,women who take off partying for 2 or 3 days and leave the kids home by themselves and they dont lose their kids?

i have known Christie for about 8 months. an in that 8 months i have seen love and compassion flow from this woman out to the community. and what do we do in return take away her kids, and demonize her. well it looks like we are going to have to put up a new bill board on 65. Come to Branson were we have wonderful 8 by 10 accommodation. dont worry about your kids we will make sure that we find a "better family" for them. i can see it now. that would make a wonderful bill board. i tell you monte your playing with fire. I have known Christie for several years now, and although it is an "online" relationship, we have spoken over the phone, met in person, and I have even heard and seen her daughters in action. These girls were beautiful, vibrant... now I see them where they have been placed, they have been shuffled into the "goth emo" scene, admire male homosexual sexually-based art, and seem emotionally disturbed without their true parent to guide them. I thought it was "Innocent Until Proven Guilty"? Why were these girls removed from her custody, denied adequate contact with their only parent, and then ADOPTED OUT to other families before a "fair and speedy" trial has even occurred? I have experienced what Child Protective Services and the System can do first-hand, as they attempted to remove my own children because we were forced to defend ourselves against a dangerous attacker at night on a freeway, with no way to contact "our saviors", the local police. They do NOT work with the parents, in fact they work against them. Thankfully my children were placed temporarily with their dads so I was able to have contact with them, but The Workers would have me take class after class and jump through hoop after hoop, with the promise that each one would place the kids back in my home. All the while, telling the fathers to press for full custody (told to me by one of the fathers). They were finally forced to drop my case due to lack of evidence. BRING THESE CHILDREN BACK!

In the time I have known Christie and her children I saw a close knit family that were not afraid to express themselves in any fashion with respect for each other and no fear. Knowing what I know of this bogus case and her background, it doesn't take an investigator to figure out the corrupt official cabal doest like what she has to say and they are scrambling for ways to try to shut here up. "Fair and Balanced" isn't how I'd characterize this story's comments. It seems the 'accused' has a host of people ready and willing to come to her defense without having all the facts on hand. Hopefully, the prosecutor will have the presence of mind to investigate this THOROUGHLY in order to allow justice to prevail. If I were he/she, I'd not overlook all of these fanatical admirers of the 'accused'. Frankly they're a bit 'over the top'. As a "radio host" she reaches many on her show. For those listeners to translate that experience as "knowing her" is disingenious on its face, and worth looking at more closely. There is much to be learned by people who exhibit this propensity, as any competent attorney would know. It will be a good day when the delays and the game playing are over...and justice is done.

The following is my opinion, and experience as I interpret it (nothing more or less!) I was contacted by this woman on the net years ago! She says to me that so and so is a pedophile.... I asked for proof figuring she would give me a link to a govt sex offender database, but no. Instead, she directs me to her own blogs bashing so and so! Then recently I find this statement "It is commonly believed that "child abusers" are targets of violence, whether the allegations are true or not." I take that comment from directly from the motion for dismissal she prepared and posted on her site! Looks like she may have even filed it with the court! Anyhow, the person she was telling me was a PEDO was not and is not! How anyone can believe anything out this woman is beyond me! My experience with her has led me to believe she is a vindictive liar, who carries deep grudges! On top of that, how many people get stalked? I am certain some do but never have I heard of someone (including gorgeous celebs) having four stalkers as she claims she does on her page! I would advise a big grain of salt when looking into what this woman says!

One year and five months and still no trial! I cannot wait to testify!! I witnessed the abuse that Ms. Czajkowski suffered at the hands of Taney County sheriff deputy, Darin Carter! That's the man that did a forced entry into her home without a warrant, physically assaulted her, then arrested her for "resisting arrest!" I challenge anyone to say that you wouldn't "resist," if a "law enforcement officer" was twisting your arm behind your back and trying to apply a pain compliance, wrist lock on you. This whole matter is built on lies, and if there ever is a trial, it will quickly be dismissed!
