Preliminary Hearings Set for Murder Suspects
 Nathan Jensen (file photo)  Christopher Jorgensen (file photo) By: Sally Kaucher Preliminary hearings are scheduled for two men from Ava, charged with killing a 17-year-old from Republic. Twenty-six year old Nathan Jensen and 29-year-old Christopher Jorgensen are charged with first degree murder, armed criminal action and abandonment of a corpse in connection with the death last month of Kenny Stout. Stout’s body was found near the Ava Country Club. Authorities said he had been stabbed multiple times. Jensen’s preliminary hearing is set for January 27. Jorgensen has a hearing on a motion to set bond on January 26. His preliminary hearing is scheduled March 12.

If it is true what these two men have done they dont deserve anything but a hard concrete florr and a death penalty and then the chair with in a year. No leathal injection THE CHAIR!!! If what they did is true they dont deserve to see tomorrow. They didnt give their victim a chance why should they. If the judge give eaither one of them a bond he will be considered the dumbest judge and should be kicked off the bench.
