A man from Berryville is scheduled to be sentenced today in Lawrence County after pleading guilty in October to charges of second degree murder and armed criminal action.

Forty-three year old Luke Trottier was charged back in 2006 in Barry County with the shooting death of a man inside his own business.  Fifty-eight year old John Robinson was found dead inside the Golden Package Store.  He had been shot at least twice with a 12-gauge shotgun. 

Robinson and Trottier had reportedly argued earlier in the day.  Trottier was taken into custody the following day at the home of his parents in Grandview, Arkansas.
