One person is dead, and two others seriously injured after a two car accident in Branson. 

 

Branson police say the accident happened early Monday evening near the intersection of Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Roark Valley Road, on the northwest side of the city.

 

Traffic was shutdown on the Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, as officers worked the accident. 

 

The name of the person killed, and the others involved in the crash have not been released, pending the notification of family.
