Two men from Harrison are jailed in Baxter County on 10-thousand dollars bond, after being arrested on felony drug charges in Mountain Home.

Police say 29 year old Douglas Potter and 25 year old Brett Cochran are charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, as well as simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.   Authorities say Potter also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

The two were arrested after police noticed what they claimed was an odor of marijuana inside a business in Mountain Home.   Investigators also say they found a stash of illegal drugs and weapons inside a vehicle belonging to one of the suspects.
