A man from Hollister pleads not guilty in Stone County to second degree statutory sodomy, with another court date set for next month.
Fifty-three year old Kyle Larue is charged in connection with an alleged incident involving a teenager at a store in Branson West. Branson West police were called January 8 following a report that a juvenile was accosted in a bathroom. Officers and Stone County sheriff’s deputies used the store’s video surveillance and cell phone records to identify Larue as the suspect. Hollister police helped locate Larue at his home in Hollister, where clothing items resembling those shown in the surveillance video were recovered.
Larue is free on 15-thousand dollars bond. He’s due back in court February 21.
