The Eureka Springs School Board is moving forward with its search for a new school superintendent.

The Carroll County News is reporting board members met with members of a professional search firm that was hired to help with the process.

The board is working on a hiring timeline, and deciding where to advertise the position, and is coming up with a list of qualities wanted in the next superintendent.

A public meeting is planned February 6^th to gather community input.   The school board hopes to interview candidates for the job between March 28^th and April 3^rd, with a final decision to follow.
