Three teenagers have been arrested inTaney County in connection with a theft investigation of 9 vehicles over the past three months.
The sheriff’s department says all the vehicles were allegedly stolen from the Kissee Mills and Forsyth area. All had the keys left in them and were unlocked. Investigators say the cars were driven for several hours and then abandoned.
Two of the suspects are 16 year old juveniles and have been turned over to the Taney County Juvenile Office. An 18 year old arrested remains in the Taney County Jail, awaiting the filing of formal charges.
The sheriff’s department says the 18 year old has also been connected to a burglary of a Forsyth area convenience store.
