Mitchell "Tom" David, 63, of Kissee Mills passed away on June 10th, 2012

Survivors include:

Wife: Elaine of Kissee Mills

2 daughters: Olivia McRae of Kissee Mills and Elizebeth London and husband Matt of St. Louis, MO

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Riverview Bible Baptist Church at 10:00am

Visitation will be on Friday at the Forsyth Whelchel Funeral Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Burial will be in the Kissee Mills Cemetery

Memorials may be made to the Riverview Bible Baptist Church at 13901 US Hwy 160 in Forsyth, MO
