Mark Rumbo, 55, of Blue Eye passed away Saturday, November 2 in Branson, MO. Memorial services will be announced and are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home, Branson.
Mark Anthony Rumbo was born on November 8, 1957 in Texarkana, Texas. He was the son of Lewis & Pauline Rumbo. He was a graduate of Maud High School in Maud, Texas and attended Texarkana Community College. Mark moved to this area from Topeka, Kansas. He married his loving wife Karen on October 10, 1998 in Springfield, MO. Mark worked as the Executive Chef at the Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Rumbo; two brothers, Robert & Mike Rumbo and his father-in-law, Marti Beals.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Rumbo of Blue Eye; his mother, Pauline Rumbo; one son, Richard Jamerson of Houston, TX; three daughters, Francie Painter and husband Eric of Hollister; Jackie Beals of Green Forest, AR; Lindsey Rumbo and Jarrod Grist of Topeka, KS; one brother, Paul Rumbo and wife Mary of Dallas, TX; two sisters, Donna Covington and husband Ray of Terrell, TX; Doris Coleman and husband Larry of Maud, TX and eight grandchildren.
