Betty Lou Harp

Betty Lou Harp, age 85, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away peacefully Monday, March 9, 2020 at Columbia Manor.

She was born January 12, 1935 in Purdy, Missouri, the daughter of Clarence and Letha Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Harp and son Lee Ball.

Surviving are her children Dennis Daugherty and wife Beth of Lemon Grove, California; Randy Daugherty and wife Linda of Purdy, Missouri; Nita Hickman and husband Tim of Verona, Missouri; Linda Daugherty of Columbia, Missouri; 10 grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.

Betty loved life; was very social and loved to visit. She always had a beautiful smile, a contagious laugh; loved to sing and travel. She also loved to tap dance when she was a little girl.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2020 at Arnhart Cemetery in Purdy, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Arnold Evans will conduct the services.
