Cinton Ray “Clint” Clark

Cinton Ray “Clint” Clark, age 71, of Exeter, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.

He was born August 6, 1948 in Cassville, Missouri the son of Clent and Anna Mae (Anderson) Clark. On November 28, 1969 he was united in marriage to Peggy Lemons, who preceded him in death on May 5, 2014. Also preceding him in death were his parents; one sister, Sandra Clark and one brother, Bud Thomas.



Surviving are one son, Clifford Clark of Exeter, Missouri; two daughters, Dorothy Hobbs and her husband Jeff of Exeter, Missouri and Terri Johnson and her husband David of Exeter, Missouri; one brother, Jerry Clark of Cassville, Missouri; four sisters, Sue Horn of Butterfield, Missouri, Anna Epperly and her husband Mick of Shell Knob, Missouri, Patsy Hattery of Racine, Missouri and Vicky McFarland of Cassville, Missouri; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.


Clint grew up and received his education in Cassville where he graduated from high school. He then received his associate degree in law enforcement from the Policy Academy and followed through with his continuing education. For seventeen years he was Director of Maintenance and Security for Exeter School. Throughout his career he was a police officer for Cassville, Wheaton and Exeter and was a reserve Barry County Sheriff Deputy. He was a member of Mission Baptist Church in Washburn.


Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Dayton Brattin will conduct the services. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter.


Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. Monday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.


Contributions may be made to Central Crossing Senior Center in Shell Knob in memory of Clint.
