Emma Estelle Michel

Emma Estelle Michel flew away from this earth surrounded by family on December 1, 2020 at 8:00 pm at her home in Branson, MO where she had lived for the last 74 years. She is now reunited with her husband, son, and all the others that she had been seeing lately that had gone on before her.

Emma Michel

She was born September 1, 1921 on Long Beach Road in Branson, MO. We are so very blessed to have had her for over 99 years. She loved to be outside swinging in her swing, riding 4-wheelers and buggies, going on road trips or as she called them “getaways”, and doing anything else she wanted to do when she wanted to do it. She and Frank were members of the REACT CB Radio Club, their CB handles were June Bug and Gray Eagle. She was a loving wife, momma, grandma/granny and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Anna Navrátil Woodworker; brothers Joseph, George, and Charlie Woodworker; husband Frank Michel; son Carl “Buddy” Nelson Michel and son-in-law Leo Willhite.

She is survived by her daughter Barbara Ann Willhite and daughter-in-law Judith Ann Michel; brother Stanley Woodworker; grandchildren Dee (Louie) Torrez, Sherrie Brownfield, Jeffrey (Heather) Michel, Carla Michel, Johnnie (JoAnn) Lyons, Teresa (Elvis) Hart; great- grandchildren Catherine (Michael) Holly, Tawney (Stacy) Rueter, Tyrell Brownfield and Laurie Butler, Candace (Jason) McEndree, Kassandra (Logan) Mann, Carlye Michel, Josie Michel, and Addie Michel; Great-great grandchildren Isaiah Rueter, Sarah Rueter, Emsley Holly, Evie Holly, Austyn McEndree, Skylar McEndree, and Emmalee McEndree.
