Gary S. Stogner
Gary S. Stogner, Branson West, MO, son of Steven G. and Florence (Perkins) Stogner, was born February 14, 1947 in Chico, TX and departed this life on November 27, 2019 at the age of 72.
Gary lived most of his life in the area, moving here from Chico, TX. He had always worked construction as a heavy equipment operator. That is what he was doing when he was injured and a week later succumbed to his injuries. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a member of the Kimberling City American Legion. He served his country in the United States Army.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Stanley Stogner, David Stogner and Larry Stogner.
Survivors include: his wife Darlene Stogner of Branson West, MO; son, Kelly Stogner of Branson, MO; step-son, Todd Murray of Island Lake, IL; three daughters, Melissa Stogner of Aurora, MO, Joy Lane and husband, Thomas of Springfield, MO and Ashley Stogner of Crane, MO; step daughter, Traci Lafon of Branson West, MO; brother, Dee Stogner and wife, Barbara of Clever, MO; and three sisters, Junie M. Blevins and husband, T. J. of Branson West, MO, Suzy Stockdale of Springfield, MO and Almira Rader of Deepwater, MO; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
No service is planned at this time. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
