Geraldine (Golden) Woessner

Geraldine (Golden) Woessner was born June 22, 1943 to Glenn and Aurelia (Giese) Golden in Milwaukee, WI. She was called home to heaven to be with her Savior on December 7, 2019 at the age of 76.

Geri was brought to baptism in the year 1943. She renewed her baptismal vows through confirmation and made her public confession of faith in Christ Jesus in the year 1957. At this time, she promised to serve Him in love and gratitude for the grace shown her.

Geri was the devoted wife of her husband, Robert and loving mother of Robert (Tracey) Woessner, David Woessner, Steven (Angela) Woessner and Laura (Matthew) Chason; plus the many children she cared for as a foster mother and she retired as a home daycare provider; dear sister of Pauline (William) Jaeger and William (Sharon) Golden; also lovingly survived by five grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan, Justin, Amanda and Aaron; also blessed with four great grandchildren; nephew, Randell (Melissa) Jaeger and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2019 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church 4717 S. Golden Springfield, MO with service to follow at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Edwin Lehmann officiating. Burial will follow at Missouri Veteran Cemetery Springfield, MO. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to a charity/organization of choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
