Glen “Rod” Roller

Glen “Rod” Roller, age 89, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at his home.

He was born May 9, 1931 in Washburn, Missouri, the son of Albert Pietzer and Gusta (Banks) Roller. On April 18, 1954 in Washburn, Missouri he was united in marriage to Patsy Stewart who survives. Also surviving are one son, Rodney Roller and his wife Kris of Monett, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Roller of Washburn, Missouri; four grandchildren, Stacey Higgins, Jessica Thomas, Cassie Brewer and Jolene Berry and ten great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Gene Roller and one son, Leon Roller.

Glen grew up and received his education in Washburn, Missouri graduating from Southwest High School in 1949. During the Korean War he served his country in the United States Navy. Later he traveled all over the United States building dams and bridges. For many years he worked in maintenance at Daisy BB Gun factory in Rogers, Arkansas along with working on his farm. Glen very much enjoyed Bluegrass Music.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 22, 2021 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri. Burial will be at King Cemetery in Seligman, Missouri. Reverend Glenn Erwin will conduct the services.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 until service time Monday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
