Harold Carr

Harold proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. As a lifelong resident of Stone County, Harold enjoyed the fishing the area provides, playing basketball, painting as an artist, and eating pecan pie (always taking the last piece). Harold was a member of the Church of Christ. His memory is engrained in our hearts and he will be greatly missed.

Harold is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara; brother, James Michael Carr; and his grandparents, Clyde and Ernestine Carr and Lloyd and Fannie Hemphill.

He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Sherry White; daughter, Heather Wells of Branson, Missouri; son, Nicholas (Brooke) Carr of Kimberling City, Missouri; father, Harold “Peanut” (Dorothy) Carr Sr. of Crane, Missouri; sister, Karen (Darrel) Back of Galena, Missouri; sister, Anita (Matt) Pugh of Branson West, Missouri; sister, Karla (Gerald) Jenkins of Reeds Spring, Missouri; brother, Max (Jodie) Carr of Curryville, Missouri; grandchildren: Austin, Matthew, Maddy, Izzy, Kaden, Shelby, Hunter, and Mavis; stepchildren: Mason Coleman and Shelby White; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is planned for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at the Cape Fair Church of Christ with Dustin Back officiating. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
