Harold Leslie Skeen, Sr.

Funeral services for Harold Leslie Skeen, Sr. age 90 of Rockaway Beach, Missouri will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, May 24, 2021 at the Beacon of Hope Church in Rockaway Beach with Laresa Depew officiating. Burial will follow at 1 PM in Missouri Veterans Cemetery with full Military Honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.

Harold Skeen

He passed away on May 17, 2021 at Cox South in Springfield, Missouri.

He was born on January 12, 1931 in Moran, Kansas the son of Andrew Jackson and Mary Elsie Lee Skeen. He has worked for many years with Cessna and Boeing Aircraft in the sheet metal department. He had been a resident of Rockaway Beach since 1975. Harold was also a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War. He was also a member of the Beacon of Hope Church in Rockaway Beach.

Harold is survived by his four children: Allen Ray Skeen (Tana) of Willard, Missouri, Harold Leslie Skeen, Jr. (Debbi), Larry Dean Skeen (Armandina) and Lesa Skeen all of Rockaway Beach, Missouri. One brother; Vernon Skeen of Alabama, two sisters, Mary Richardson of Wichita, Kansas and Evelyn Williams of Sun City, Arizona. 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Josephine, two daughters and seven brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 until service time at 10:30 at the church.
