James Thomas Stevinson Sr.

James Thomas Stevinson Sr, of Branson, Missouri, passed away October 20, 2020, in Springfield, Missouri. He entered this life February 23, 1930, in Centralia, Missouri, the son of Irvin and Rosa (Williams) Stevinson.

Jim proudly served our country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Following his military service, he worked as a truck driver for many years. Jim formed many memories with his travels and times at the gun range. Most importantly, he loved his family and will be greatly missed.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy (Eikel) Stevinson; daughter, Belinda Frosch; grandson, Benjamin Frosch; great-grandson, Logan Jeager; sister, Ruby Barnes; and brother, Carl Stevinson.

He is survived by his son, James (Paige) Stevinson Jr. of Bella Vista, Arkansas; two daughters: Karen (Joe McCallister) Gipson of Nixa, Missouri, and Cindy (Howard) Jeffries of Mexico, Missouri; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
