Joseph “Joe” Thurman Bryant

Joseph “Joe” Thurman Bryant, age 69, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away June 28, 2019. He entered this life November 5, 1949, in Sacramento, California, the son of Marshall and Margaret (Shade) Bryant. He was joined in marriage September 15, 1983, to Collette Ann Miller. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Joe was a very caring individual with a huge heart. He would help anyone he could either physically or financially. People fell in love with him as soon as they met him, and he touched your heart immediately. He was known as “Mr. Joe” to those who met him informally. Joe was a gun enthusiast and loved to shoot. Many hearts have been touched by his generosity and caring. Memories made with Joe will be treasured for years to come.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Scott Popovich; and sister, Barbara Zenda.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Collette Bryant of the home; son, Marshall Bryant of Utah; brother, Kevin Bryant of Harrison, Arkansas; niece, Vicki Oakley of Ponca City, Oklahoma; best buddy, Donna, his Yorkie-Poo; and other relatives and friends.
