Judy Kay Condron
Judy Kay Condron, age 67, of Shell Knob, Missouri, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021 at her home.
She was born June 2, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Lawrence and Marjorie Rose (Majerus) Seiler. On April 10, 1990 in Maize, Kansas, she was united in marriage to Randell “Randy” Condron, who survives. Also surviving are her daughters, Rebecca Oberly of Lawrence, Kansas, Beth Roberts of Derby, Kansas; step children Staci Podest of Round Rock, Texas, Kevin Condron of Austin, Texas, Lindsey Norris of Newton, Kansas; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; her sister, Joyce (Lee) Bracken of Fredonia, Kansas; and her brothers, Dennis Seiler of Fredonia, Kansas, and Glen Seiler of Alma, Kansas. Preceding her in death were her parents.
Judy grew up in Kansas and graduated from Fredonia High School in Fredonia, Kansas. She then received her degree in Cosmetology in Ft. Scott, Kansas. In 1975, Judy's dream of owning her own hair salon materialized. Judy’s Family Salon was built in Colwich, Kansas, where she owned and operated the salon until 1988. After a fulfilling career as a hairdresser, she decided to try a different career and became a sheet metal mechanic/electrician for Boeing in Wichita, Kansas. She worked for Boeing until she retired in 2010 as an Aircraft Inspector. Judy enjoyed fishing, traveling, cooking, gardening, boating, puzzles and arts and crafts, but most of all, she enjoyed relaxing with her family, friends, neighbors, and her beloved husband, Randy.
