Marvin Osgood

Marvin Osgood, Lampe, MO, son of Wayne and Rosella (McCaulley) Osgood, was born October 2, 1944 in Carroll, Iowa and departed this life on June 7, 2020 at the age of 75.

Marvin and his wife, Shirley had lived in the area for thirty-one years. Marvin was in construction doing electrical work. He was a member of the Kimberling City American Legion and served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Paul Hesse.

Survivors include: his wife of 56 years, Shirley Osgood of Lampe, MO; sister, Bonita Mikkelson and husband, Merle of Mason City, IA; two brother-in-laws, Dale Crooks and wife, Linda and family of Mason City, IA and Dennis Crooks and wife Darcia and family of Mason City, IA many nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of other family and friends.

No service is planned at this time. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
