Michael Kim Smith
Michael Kim Smith, age 56, of Fulton, Missouri, formerly of Cassville, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
He was born October 29, 1963 in Houston, Missouri, the son of Ray J. and Lenna (Garrison) Smith. Michael brought a lot of joy to people. One of his favorite songs was “Rhinestone Cowboy”. Some of his favorite pastimes were eating out at restaurants, giving orders to people and going to church. For several years he attended Butterfield Baptist Church before moving to Fulton and attended Richland Baptist Church.
Surviving are his mother, Lenna Smith; one brother, Ricky Smith and his wife Glenda of Fulton, Missouri; two nieces, Cindy Bennett and her husband Josh of Nixa, Missouri and Dr. Rebecca Clayberg and her husband Phil of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one great niece, Brynlee Bennett and great nephew, Easton Clayberg.
Preceding him in death was his father, Ray Smith.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Reverend David Eaton Sr. will conduct the services. Burial will be at Boone Creek Cemetery in Licking, Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
