Norman McKinnon Cameron
Norman McKinnon Cameron, age 78, of Kimberling City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at his home with his wife by his side. He entered this life June 30, 1941, in Branault, Scotland, the son of John and Mary (Woodrow) Cameron. He was joined in marriage June 16, 2011, to Josefine V. Lucas. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
A man of the outdoors, Norman sought out the quiet and beauty of nature by observing the trees and animals whenever he could. He was an avid reader who was structured in his approach to life. Norman designed and built his own greenhouse, where he grew his garden. In his working years, he was an electrical engineer, designing and building numerous electrical machines and gadgets.
Norman loved his wife, Josie and his dogs, Shiloh and Moss. His memory will be cherished for years to come.
Norman is preceded in death by his parents and two siblings: Mary and Allan.
He is survived by his wife, Josefine Lucas of the home; four siblings in Scotland: Kitty, Elizabeth, Donald, and Hugh; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and other family.
