Opal Caroline Wilson

Opal Caroline Wilson, age 90, of Shell Knob, Missouri passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 in Eagle Rock, Missouri.

She was born June 13, 1930 in Shell Knob, Missouri, the daughter of Charly C. and Susie (Call) Cooper. On June 28, 1948 in Barry County, Missouri she was united in marriage to Phillip Elias Wilson, who preceded her in death on November 21, 2012. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Fred and Velmer Cooper.

Surviving are one daughter, Deborah Louise Miller and her husband Warren of The Villages, Florida; one grandson, Christopher Miller and his wife Becky and two great granddaughters, Hannah and Emma.

Phillip and Opal moved to Kansas City, Missouri for thirty years and moved back to Shell Knob, Missouri in 1981. Opal was a homemaker. Bowling and square dancing, reading, traveling and being with friends and family were her favorite ways to spend time.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Tim Blankenship will conduct the services.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Memorials may be made to Integrity Hospice in memory of Opal.
