Raymond Edward Olson

Raymond Edward Olson, age 81, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas.

He was born August 14, 1938 in St Paul, Minnesota, the son of Fred E. and Raemer

(Svendsen) Olson. On April 22, 1972 in Minnesota he was united in marriage to Delores K. Sexson, who survives. Also surviving are one brother, Fred E. Olson and his wife Barbara of St. Paul, Minnesota; one nephew and two nieces.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Raymond grew up and received his education in Minnesota where he graduated from high school. From October 15, 1956 until October 20, 1962 he served in the United States Army. For many years he was owner of Midwest Office Machines in Minnesota. Twenty years ago he moved from Minnesota to Rogers, Arkansas and later to Seligman, Missouri to make his home. He was a member of the Lutheran Faith, the Saddle Club in Minnesota and was Past Master of Forest Lake Masonic Lodge. Some of his favorite pastimes were raising pure bred Arabian Horses and riding his horses in parades.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri.

Contributions may be made to Pythagoras Masonic Lodge in memory of Raymond.
