Richard D. Davis

Richard D. Davis, age 52, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.

He was born July 7, 1968 in Bayamon Puerto Rico the son of James Wayne “Jim” and Emelia (Rodriguez) Davis.

Surviving are his mother, Emelia Davis; one son, Tucker Johnson of Minnesota; one daughter, Lexi Davis of Corpus Christie, Texas; two brothers, James F. Davis and Tina Rubio of Butterfield, Missouri and Raymond Edward Davis and his wife Cyndee of Monett, Missouri and one sister, Shannon Ida Dunn and her husband Ralph of St. Joseph, Missouri.

Richard grew up in California and moved to Butterfield, Missouri in 1985 at the age of seventeen. Most of his life was spent as a self-employed construction worker. Some of his favorite pastimes were boxing, hanging out at the lake, being a bouncer at Hip-Hop Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas and was an avid Razorback Football fan. Most of all he enjoyed Bar-B-Ques with his family and spending quality time with them. He loved his mother and his kids.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
