Richelle “Riki” Marie Dancy

Richelle “Riki” Marie Dancy was born June 21, 1962, in Oskkosh, Nebraska, to Lois Jean (Chadd) and Rex Pershing Sheldon, went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2020. She was joined in marriage to Charles Dancy on August 19, 2015. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

With a heart of Jesus, Riki was kind-hearted, caring for others. She would give the shirt off her back. Riki had a beautiful heart and soul as a loving wife, mom, nana, and sister. With selfless heart and hands, she worked in nursing as an LPN and loved all her family. Her legacy lives on for all.

Riki is survived by her loving husband, Charles Dancy of the home in Branson, Missouri; her loving mother, Lois Goines of Van Buren, Arkansas; three children: Hollie Huff of New Berlin, New York, Heidie Jenkins of Branson, Missouri, and Heather (Mark) Motley of Greenwood, Arkansas; and five grandchildren. She is also survived by brother, Jason (Tonya) Sheldon of Arkansas; sister, Marissa “Mimi” (Steve) Walls of Arkansas; two nieces; a special sister, Cricket of Lavaca, Arkansas; other brothers and sisters: Windy, Keith, Nita, Ryan, Kenny, Johnny, and Ronnie; and her fur babies: Ox, Zoey, and Lily-Mae.

She is preceded in death by her daddy, Rex Sheldon, and her two grandbabies: Desmond and LaShae.

A celebration of Riki’s life well-lived will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2020, at Grace Community Assembly, 3101 Gretna Road, Branson, Missouri 65616, with Pastor John Jackson officiating. At a later time, a service will also be held at Real Life Ministries in Greenwood, Arkansas. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Center in Branson, Missouri.
