Ronald “Ron” Charles Waymire,

Ronald “Ron” Charles Waymire, age 69, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020. He was born April 9, 1951, in Sacramento, California, the son of Gerald and Maxine (Caton) Waymire. Ron was joined in marriage May 2, 1992, to Janis Smith. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Ron served his country proudly in the United States Army. In his earlier years, Ron played basketball and enjoyed sports. He was a hardworking bricklayer and enjoyed fixing cars. He most loved his sister Punkin-Theresa. He came to Missouri to fight for his grandkids, Angel. Most of all, Ron loved his family and was an awesome husband, dad and grandpa who will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Billy Waymire.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Janice Waymire of the home; his children: Brian Waymire and Jessica Waymire (both of Texas) Isaac Apodca, Angelina Apodaca and Juanita Apodaca; 16 grandchildren: Joshua, Matthew, Nathaniel, Jeramiah, Starlina, Angel, Nevaeh, Bella, Jo-Jo, Aniea, Starlight, Anicia, Gino, Manuel, Jimmy and Niko; one great-grandchild, Cameron; two sisters: Theresa Felker of Medford, Oregon, and Cathy Vail of Sacramento, California; and a brother, James Waymire of Sacramento, California.
