Ruth was the glue that held everything together. She was always there to be a caregiver to her husband, brother and mother in their time of need She could always make a dollar stretch a mile. One of the grandsons commented that he wanted to find a wife just like grandma to marry. Not only did she enjoy the outdoors by hunting, fishing and camping, she was also a wonderful cook.
