Steven “Steve” Reichard

Steven “Steve” Reichard, age 64, of Kissee Mills, Missouri, formerly of Russell, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020. He was born November 10, 1955, in Houston, Texas, the son of Alvie and Ruth (Kirkley) Reichard. They have preceded him in death.

Steve, also known to many as “The Cable Guy”, proudly served our country in the National Guard. He was a member of the Amvets Post 78 in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. Steve was a hardworking, happy man who loved his family dearly. He enjoyed music, including playing the spoons, playing guitar, and singing karaoke. An outdoorsman, Steve was outgoing and social in any situation. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Steve is survived by a daughter, Amanda Reichard of La Crosse, Kansas; a son, Zachary Reichard of Branson, Missouri; his granddaughter, Taelynn Donovan of La Crosse, Kansas; his significant other, Lois Kirk of Kissee Mills, Missouri; the mother of his children, Pamela Reichard of Russell, Kansas; his brothers and sisters: Gloria Miranda of Hutchinson, Kansas, Raymond Reichard of Forsyth, Missouri, Billie Seals of Baird, Texas, Linda Hopper of Houston, Texas, and James Molander of Houston, Texas; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration in memory of Steve will be held 5:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Amvets Post 78, in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. Memorial contributions in memory of Steve may be made to Amvets Post 78. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
