Tommy D. Potts

Tommy D. Potts, age 59, of Exeter, Missouri, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Cassville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Cassville, Missouri.

He was born December 9, 1959 in Fort Riley, Kansas, the son of Cecil and Madeline (Etter) Potts. In September, 2005, he was united in marriage to Mary Cain, who survives. Tommy grew up and received his education in Springdale. Seven years ago, he moved from Springdale, Arkansas to Exeter to make his home in the country, where he had dogs and chickens to care for and loved life on the farm. For many years he was a self-employed roofer. Tom was a good friend to anyone who knew him. He always had a smile for you. He was loved and will be deeply missed. Tom always worked hard to take care of his wife and step-grandson’s, which he loved very much. Some of his favorite pastimes were watching football, going to auctions and raising chickens. He was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church in Rocky Comfort, Missouri. He will continue to live in hearts forever.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Prosperity Baptist Church in Rocky Comfort. Pastor Frank Smith will conduct the services. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
