Tommy L. Henry

Tommy L. Henry was born in Edgemont, Arkansas, on March 2, 1940. He passed away quietly at home on December 17, 2019, surrounded by his loving family.

He loved the game of golf and playing with family. He was an avid fisherman with son, Tommy and brother, Bill. His largest catch was a 58-pound flat head catfish, caught in the North Canadian River in Oklahoma.


Tommy and his wife Anita moved to Tecumseh, Oklahoma, in 2002. Upon Tommy’s retirement, they relocated to Marble Falls, Arkansas, in July 2019.


He is survived by his wife, Anita of 59 years; three daughters: Kay Matthews, Tina Reed, and Ellen Williams; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers: Will (Retha) Henry and Bob (Romona) Henry; two sisters: Juanita (Dennis) and Naomi Anderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.


Preceded him in death was son, Tommy; two brothers: Bill and Claude; sister, Nettie; and parents: Claude and Edith.
