Velika Vitkova Nikolchova

Velika Vitkova Nikolchova, age 83, of Branson, Missouri, passed away January 17, 2020. She was born April 8, 1936, in Gorublyane-Sofia, Bulgaria, the daughter of Trayanka (Vucheva) Apostolova and Vitko Apostolov Andonov. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Velika Nikolchova

A wonderful, loving woman, Velika created an atmosphere of friendship to all she met. She loved cooking and hosting gatherings to bring people together. Leading an active lifestyle, Velika loved the United States and treasured time at North Beach Park by the Branson Landing, where she would watch the water and walk. She also loved splashing at the pool, especially with her beloved grandchildren. Velika will be missed for the joy, friendship, and love she brought to the lives of so many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tryaynka Apostolva and Vitko Andonov; her husband, Yanko Nikolchov; five brothers; and a sister.

Velika is survived by her daughter, Tsveta Rudzheri; son, Raicho Nikolchov; grandchildren: Tony (Ani) Rudzheri, Yancho (Rachel) Rudzheri, Emil Nikolchov, and Victoria Nikolchova; two great-grandchildren; Lily and Krasi; and a brother.
