Walter Warren Willits Jr.

Walter Warren Willits Jr. 65, of Branson, passed away Saturday January 18, 2020. Services will be at the Sanctuary of Hope on Saturday January 25, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. Arrangements under the direction of Snapp-Bearden funeral home and Crematory Branson, Missouri.

Walter was born on June 27, 1954 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Walter and Ella (Jarel) Willits Sr. He attended the Oney school and Highschool. Walter met Debbie Butler in 1989 and they were married in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Walter was a welder, fabricator, farmer, mechanic, and skilled in general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and construction. As a young man, for leisure, he would practice karate and referee basketball games at the area schools. Walter retired from the Red Roof Mall as maintenance technician.

Walter is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Ella.

Walter leaves behind his wife of 32 years Debbie of the home, sons; Brandon Willits of Branson, Benny and Andrea Shanks of Branson; Daughters, Dusty Willits of Branson, Robin and Edward Dietrich of Carnegie, Oklahoma, Laney Holt and Fiance Steven Thompson, of Branson. Grandchildren Trinity Dietrich, Vivian Dietrich, Bella Dietrich, Willow Dietrich, Summer Holt, Dayth Holt, Maddox Willits, Phoenix Willits, Broxton Willits, and Kayode Shanks; Brother, Gene Willits; Sisters, Ellaine Wiechel, and Wanda Mons.
