He entered this life December 1, 1936, in Oak Park, Illinois, the son of Helmuth and Mary (Lawrence) Semper. He was joined in marriage November 17, 1956, to Lindy Lou Keller. Warren William Semper

Warren proudly served our country in the United States Army, and later worked for Illinois Bell. He was a huge Chicago Cubs fan since childhood, even skipping school to attend games. Warren liked to bowl and thoroughly enjoyed being in the outdoors, watching the animals, admiring God’s handiwork, and doing yard work. His happiest times were when the family was gathered around, having tears of joy at times for just being with them. Warren especially loved his grandchildren being near. Many memories have been made in the past that will bring smiles to faces for years to come. He will be dearly missed.

Warren is preceded in death by his parents; son, Albert Semper; two brothers: Albert Semper and Herbert Semper; and sisters: Betty Jean Semper and Mary Andrews.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lindy Semper; daughter, Dawn Semper of Kimberling City, Missouri; daughter, Hope (Pam Miller) Semper of Lampe, Missouri; son, Warren (Christine) Semper Jr. of Queen Creek, Arizona; grandchildren: Staci Semper and Danielle (Michael) Fiorino; great-grandchildren: Logan and Colby; beloved pet, Gus the “Prince”; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial family gathering will take place at a later time in Arizona. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
