William Bennett

William proudly served our country in the United States Army. He learned skills with computers and electronics that he used after he left the Army. He also enjoyed working at and eventually owning a video store. He was very detail oriented, loved computers, and enjoyed keeping stats on his favorite sports teams. William was a giving man, always taking care of family in need. He was found caring for sick family members for many years. He also worked with the volunteer fire department in Eagle Rock/Golden mapping out our rural fire district to help set up a more efficient way to find homes. Many lives have been touched by his loving and giving to others. He will be greatly missed.

William is survived by his sister, Sue Miller of Eagle Rock, Missouri; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

No service is currently planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William’s name may be made to the Eagle Rock, Golden, Mano Fire Department, Hwy 86, Eagle Rock, Missouri, 65641. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
